Refund policy

14 days, no questions asked. If The All Block Pro is not what you wanted, you get your money back.

Last updated 20 August 2026

The policy

Ask within 14 days of buying The All Block Pro or an Escape and we will refund the full amount — £4.99 for Pro, £0.99 for an Escape. You do not have to give a reason, and you do not have to prove anything is broken. Changing your mind counts.

The free tier of The All Block costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund there — manual sessions, the schedule and the Accountability Lock stay free whatever you decide about Pro.

How to ask

Include your order or receipt number if you have it; the email address you paid with is enough if you do not. We aim to answer within two working days.

What happens next

Refunds are processed by Paddle and go back to the payment method you used. Paddle usually completes them within 3–5 working days; how quickly it shows on your statement is up to your bank, and can take up to 10.

When a refund is issued, the Pro licence key from that purchase stops being valid and any account it was redeemed on returns to the free tier. All Block keeps working — as the free version, with your schedules, history and settings untouched.

After 14 days

We will still look at it. If Pro does not work as this site describes, if the licence never arrived, or if you were charged twice, write to us — those get put right whenever they happen, and your statutory rights are never limited by the 14-day window.

Fair use

The one thing we do push back on is the loop: repeatedly buying, refunding and re-buying to use Pro for free. We may decline a refund, or decline a further sale, where a purchase is clearly being abused that way — or where it is fraudulent or charged back.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. Because The All Block Pro unlocks immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree that supply starts at once, which would ordinarily end that right. We give you the 14 days anyway — the policy above is what we honour, and it sits on top of your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, not instead of them.

The contract of sale is with Paddle.com Market Limited, the Merchant of Record for the transaction. Their buyer terms apply alongside this policy.
