Terms of service

The agreement between you and Auzeo covering The All Block app, the optional account, and a Pro licence.

Last updated 20 August 2026

1. Who you're dealing with

The All Block is made and published by Auzeo, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). You can reach a human at MrAuzeo@protonmail.com.

By downloading, installing or using The All Block you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't use the app.

2. What The All Block does

The All Block is a Windows application that switches your mouse and keyboard off across the whole device for a length of time you choose, either immediately or on a schedule. It is a self-control tool. It is not security software, parental-control software in the supervised sense, or a device-management product.

The app runs with administrator rights, because that is what lets it hold the input lock against everything else on the machine.

3. Use it on a machine you can afford to lose control of

The All Block deliberately makes your computer unresponsive. That is the product, not a defect. While a session is running you cannot type, click, or use the machine for anything else until the timer ends or you spend an emergency unlock.

So: save your work before you start a session, and don't run The All Block on a computer that has to stay available — anything work-critical while you're on call, anything medical or safety-related, a machine other people depend on, or a machine you share without their agreement.

You are responsible for choosing when to start a session and for how long. You must only use The All Block on computers you own or are authorised to administer, and you must not use it to restrict someone else's machine without their knowledge and consent.

4. Your licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use The All Block on computers you use. The standard tier is free and stays free. A Pro licence is a one-off purchase that lifts the caps described on the pricing section.

You may not:

The All Block, its name, its mark and its code remain ours. Nothing here transfers ownership.

5. Accounts

An account is optional. You only need one to carry a Pro licence across reinstalls or between machines. If you create one, keep your password to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

We may suspend or close an account that is being used for fraud, for licence-key abuse, or to attack the service. You can close your own account at any time by emailing us.

6. Buying Pro

Pro costs £4.99, paid once. It is not a subscription and it does not renew. Need just one more emergency unlock without going full Pro? A single Escape costs £0.99, also paid once. The price shown at checkout includes any VAT or sales tax that applies where you are.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders — they handle the payment, the tax, and the receipt, and your contract of sale for the purchase is with them. Their terms apply to the transaction alongside these ones. We never see or store your card details.

Checkout starts inside the app: open The All Block, press Pro, and the checkout opens in your browser.

7. Refunds

Full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. The detail — including how to ask and what happens to your licence — is on the refund policy page.

8. Changes to the app and to the free tier

We develop The All Block continuously and may add, change or remove features. If we ever change what the free tier includes, a Pro licence you have already paid for keeps the features it was sold with.

9. Warranties and liability

The All Block is provided "as is". We don't promise it will be free of bugs, or that a session will never be interrupted by Windows, a crash, a power cut, other software on the machine, or a hardware failure.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost work, missed deadlines, missed messages or calls, or other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of The All Block — including from the machine being locked when you wanted it. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

None of this limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

10. Ending it

You can stop using The All Block and delete it at any time. We may end this licence if you materially breach these terms — for example by cracking the licensing or redistributing the app. Sections 9, 10 and 11 survive.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and may bring proceedings there.

12. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms we'll change the date at the top of this page. Material changes that affect a purchase you've already made won't be applied retrospectively. Questions: MrAuzeo@protonmail.com.
